Watch Us Farm
Watch Us Farm was founded in 2018 and began employing adults with intellectual disabilities in 2019. Our success is a direct result of our committed and experienced staff and board. Our Executive Director is a neurodevelopmentally trained pediatric physical therapist who specializes in hypotonia and sensory integration. Our Board of Directors has expertise in medicine, business, law, health, and sales. Watch Us Farm recognizes the need to create self-sustaining communities with jobs, housing, and social engagement for these too often forgotten adults. Watch Us Farm strongly believes in cultivating and demonstrating a culture of hands-on learning for adults with special needs. We are a Provider of Indiana Medicaid Community Integration & Habilitation and Family Supports Waiver services.
Watch Us Farm training empowers independent function to the highest level. Our customers first recognize the quality of our products then realize that they were grown or created by adults with intellectual disabilities. We build job-based relationships and create meaningful fulfilling experiences for our individuals, families, and caregivers in a positive supportive environment.
Our Farm
Local Family Farm

In our 7000 sq ft greenhouse, our employees grow fresh organic nutrient dense hydroponic lettuce, microgreens, and herbs for sale at farmers markets and local restaurants and for donation to our local food pantries. Our produce is grown in water channels and “clean,” very important to people trying to eat healthy or support immune systems compromised by allergies, medications, or cancer. Food is medicine.
At our Watch Us Weave shop, our employees create beautiful handmade scarves, throws, baby blankets, table runners, placemats, and rugs as well as button-themed holiday and specialty occasion greeting cards for sale in local shops and online.
